How is my meat packaged for delivery?
We use high-grade vacuum sealing for all our cuts. Your order is then packed in temperature-controlled, insulated boxes with chilled gel packs to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Where does Bennetts Butchers source its meat?
We pride ourselves on quality and traceability. Most of our beef, lamb, and pork is sourced from local, sustainable farms that prioritize animal welfare and traditional grazing methods.
What are your delivery days and order cut-offs?
We deliver Tuesday through Saturday. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are eligible for next-day delivery, depending on your location and current stock availability.
Can I freeze the products I receive?
Yes, all our fresh meat products are suitable for home freezing. We recommend freezing them on the day of delivery and consuming them within six months for the best quality.
What is your policy on returns and refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or quality, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution or refund.
Do you offer any halal or organic options?
We currently offer a specific range of certified organic poultry and grass-fed beef. Please check the 'Specialty' section of our website for current availability.
